Participants willing to present a contribution are asked to prepare an abstract (in English), which will be included in the Conference book of abstracts. Only registered participants can submit an abstract. Each participant can submit more than one abstract (up to 3).
The deadline for abstract submission is August 15th (by e-mail to the Secretariat – email@example.com).
Abstract acceptance will be confirmed by September 1 st.
An Abstract should be one page A4 size paper (tables/figures included).
Text: “Times New Roman” type font, 12 pt, one interval, with 2.0 cm top, left, right and bottom margins and non-color figures.
Title: title of the paper (Times New Roman, 12 points, bolded) is followed by one blank line.
Author: The presenting author’s name should be underlined. Author’s affiliations (12 points, italic, centered) and email address of the contact person are written in separate rows.
All submitted abstracts received will be reviewed on the basis of scientific merit, novelty, and practical application. The content of the abstract should be clear, concise, and have been revised by an experienced English speaker.
